Though no one person can be as cool as this guy, perhaps we can trump him in collective cool by ALL of us popping our collars today. Here’s how this is going down:

Oh, If only I were cool enough to have a popped collar picture! Of course, I wouldn’t know how to download it! Um, and isn’t the rule that if you’re old enough to have worn it the first time it was in style, you’re too old to wear it the second time? I think that rule applies to me in this situation.
