My boy Ross Middleton hooked me up with a $15 gift card to iTunes for my birthday. While there are one or two songs on my radar, I’m always open to suggestions.
What’s the ONE song you think I need to get? I’ll report back and let you know what I end up getting…

Do you have any songs from Switchfoot’s “Oh! Gravity”? If not, you should get “Faust, Midas, and Myself”.
But if you have that one, you should get “Deathbed” by Relient K. It’s a 10-minute-long, epic kind of song, and we (Gabe and I) really dig it.

Deathbed is a great song choice. I love that one as well as Faust, Midas and Myself.
I’m so Sick, by Flyleaf is a fun one.
I’ve been diggin the Bravery quite a bit, so from their newest album I would recommend Believe, This is Not the End, Time Won’t Let Me Go, Angelina or Split Me Wide Open.
Jon Foreman’s new EPs are great. I’d check those out, but if you’re gonna pick just one, White as Snow, I am Still Running, or Learning How to Die from the Winter EP.
Love, Reign O’er Me, the Pearl Jam or Who version. Both are great.
That’s it for now… I might be back.

I don’t mean to be biased but there is a song that I am sure you have heard called How He Loves. Search for Kim Walker. The CD is We Cry Out. It is the bomb. It is a steal for $.99. Well, any of the songs on the CD are. The preview on iTunes is lame. If you want to hear real previews you can either check it out on youtube (http://youtube.com/watch?v=xWnvBM40xxw) or in the Media Player at Jesusculture.org (Media Player – Worship)

I had to come back since you may need a few more of my suggestions to use up your $15! : ) And I had to ditto my brother on “How He Loves”… And while we’re on the topic of His love, I’ll go ahead and recommend “Your Love is Strong” by (who else?) Jon Foreman. (Please notice I was not the first one to bring him up.) That tune just came out a week ago on the Spring EP. And there’s some other interesting sounding stuff on there too. You might like it!
