Welcome to my new website!
Now, I know I’ve been moving around a lot lately: first I leave Xanga and focus on my blog on The Launch, and now I’m over here. What’s the deal? Well, this website is both a dream that I’ve had for a long time and something I’m doing to collect all of the resources I suggest to people into one place.
This blog will be a source of book reviews, blog suggestions, podcast suggestions, technology resources for life and community, commentary on culture and any insights God may choose to give me regarding what it’s like to follow hard after Him in life. I’ll be able to update this more frequently because it’s web-based, meaning I can do it from work (when I should be working!).
If you can, I’d appreciate your help on a few things. First, could you post a comment below to let me know you checked out the site and give any feedback you think would be helpful? Second, if you use an RSS reading, please subscribe by clicking the link under my picture on the left. If you want to learn how to have blogs delivered to you via an RSS reader, send me an email and I’ll help. Lastly, if you know of anyone who would be interested in the site, please forward the link on to them.
Thank you so much for your help. Oh! If you have a blog/website and would like me to link to you, leave a comment and I’ll do so.

I wonder how long this one will last… Eventually you’ll get bored and move to http://virb.com/ or whatever the next new site is.
I’m waiting for someone to build a Trillian for social networking sites. That chat program rocked. Maybe it still does? I haven’t used it in ages… When it first came out I hooked my ICQ, AOL, Yahoo, IRC… etc.
Any way… enough rambling. You now have your first comment. Feel warm and fuzzy inside

Ok so Im really digging the “Currently Reading” section because one thing I really like about you is your taste in books. And Im sort of following closely in your steps. The other links like culture, current affairs, etc didnt really work for me (maybe bc theres nothing in them yet?) but looking good so far.

I tried to leave a comment earlier, but it wouldn’t take. That was frustrating.
Anyway, I found you. I’ll subscribe, but I prefer the email in the inbox for updates. I RSS a number of blogs, but they’re all tech or videogame minded. I just don’t enjoy reading blogs outside of a community. There are a whole lot of benefits from these that aren’t available on individual blogs.

Hello! That’s all you wanted me to say, right? If you want to put my xanga site on there you can, but it’s usually just pictures or random funny stories from my life so I won’t be offended if you don’t consider it a “real” blog.
This is a great resource!

You are a man of many talents clayton. Nice website. I would love tips on how to build a site but I’m not sure if I’d have the time.

So, I’m noticing you’re using typepad for your blog. Any particular reason you’re using typepad and not wordpress, or blogger, or drupal or any other resource out there?
I figure, why not get in on the personal blogging action as well? Everyone else is doing it.
