The other night I put out a call to the wisest of the wise: the Twittervese. My question was simple- tell me a recipe for a fantastic hamburger. Allie (@kiddeternity) sent this winner back:
A1 & chopped roasted garlic in burger, Marsala caramelized mush & onion on top with Fontina cheese
Yes please. So here we go! First up, let’s roast some garlic.
Next, we prepare the onions and mushrooms. Mmmm, saucy!
Finally, after the burgers were masterfully grilled, we piled the mushrooms and onions and then let the cheese melt over it, all while still on the grill. Voila! Some of the best burgers we’ve ever had. Thanks, Allie!
In fact, I think we’re going to start calling these the Kidd Burgers! Jealous?
